Welcome to Bowen Elementary School Principal Amy Clark The opportunity for parents to request a student transfer for the 2012-2013 school year is now open.   Any parent who has questions about the transfer process may call Imelda Esparza at 209-1111.  Applications can be obtained at: BISD Travis Education Support Center 101 N. Texas Avenue Bryan, Texas 77803 The transfer application deadline is April 2, 2012. There is a new guideline for grading that started January 2012.
