YEARBOOKS for sale! If you would like to purchase a 2009-2010 Lobo Yearbook, please pay the PTO representative in the cafeteria during lunch. You may also print out this order form and send the form and payment to the front office. Only the first 400 yearbooks will be sold at the discounted price of $15! Checks may be made out to Jane Long PTO.

Letter from the past president

We would like to urge families to join the Jane Long Parent Teacher Organization and give $10 to the school if this is an option within your budget. The money collected would go directly back to our teachers, staff and students. If every family gave $10 at the start of the school year we would have $8000 to help fund necessities. Ten dollars amounts to merely six cents per day over 180 school days. If you can afford to help promote a better environment for your children we strongly encourage you to do so.

Membership Information

Membership is open and encouraged for all Jane Long Staff, parents, students, and community members. While membership is only $5, donations are encouraged to help support the students and faculty of Jane Long. For questions about membership, contact Jill Hiney. A membership application can be found here and returned to the school.

Meeting Information

All regularlry scheduled PTO meetings are held in the Library at JLMS on the second Monday of each month at 5:30 p.m.

Projects

The PTO actively supports the learning environment of Jane Long. They offer classroom support by purchasing special supplies through fundraisers. Current fundraisers include: carnation sales, sweatshirt sales, bookfair, garage sales, yearbooks, and Aggie sports events.
