Our Principal Dr. Karen Kaspar Karen Kaspar has been our principal at Mitchell since July 2002.  She has experience as a high school teacher, K-12 assistant principal, and elementary principal.  Karen received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of North Texas.  She completed her teacher certification, Master's Degree in Education, mid-management, superintendent certification and Doctorate Degree in Educational Leadership from Sam Houston State University.  To contact her by email, kkaspar@bryanisd.org   A note from Dr. Kaspar: "As your school principal, I will be spending two full days every week in classrooms in order to help improve the teaching and learning that happens on a daily basis.  Therefore, I may not always be able to speak with you when you drop in or telephone me.  I really do value communicating with you.  So, when you want to speak with me, please contact Daphne Deering, our school secretary, who will schedule a time for us to talk.  Thank you for your ongoing support of our school and your patience and understanding as I implement this practice.
