Bryan High School has an arrangement with Blinn College to offer dual credit classes for eligible juniors and seniors.  Taking a dual credit class means that credit is awarded for both high school and college.

COURSES OFFERED
US History (11th grade)
English 4 (12th grade)
Government (12th grade)
Economics (12th grade)


FIVE DUAL CREDIT REQUIREMENTS

In order to apply for dual credit courses, you mush have a Bryan High School GPA of 3.0 or higher.  You must then turn in the following five items:

1.  A BHS transcript (this can be printed by the student's BHS Academic Advisor)

2.  A principal's letter of recommendation (pick up from student's BHS Academic Advisor)

3.  THEA Scores (unless you can exempt based on your SAT, ACT, or exit-level TAKS scores; click here for details)

4.  Application for admission to Blinn

5.  A parent permission letter.
