What is Service Learning? Service Learning is a teaching and learning strategy that implements a service project into the classroom and relates it to the curriculum studied. It allows students to use what they learn in the class and apply it to a project that will help those in need. Service-Learning is “academics in action”. Bryan High School is a nationally recognized Service-Learning Leader and has recently helped implement Service-Learning throughout the school district.
