Johnson Elementary has many associations with businesses in our community. These partnerships provide additional resources for our school. We'd like to thank the following businesses for their support:

We at Johnson Elementary feel it is important to give back to our community. We do this in many ways. Our students participate in various Service-Learning projects:

11206_15302_0.pngAs part of our annual 100 Days of School celebration, our students donated 100 items per grade level to donate to a local shelter
11206_15302_0.pngGathered pet items to donate to the Brazos Valley Animal Shelter

Johnson student council members reached out to spread holiday cheer at a local nursing home by caroling and delivering miniature Christmas trees.  For Valentine's, our 2nd graders will be delivering cards to various local nursing homes.

Johnson Elementary believes in the value of continuing education. We are the host for a Masters degree program in early childhood development from Sam Houston State University. Education opportunities are also extended to Johnson Elementary parents through a variety of parenting classes. Check our calendar for the next class!
