I was born and raised outside of Austin in Round Rock and Pflugerville. I graduated from Pflugerville High School in 1977. I went to college in Bethany, Oklahoma at Southern Nazarene University and graduated in 1984. I have a B.S. in history and Kinesiology. I have taught in BISD my entire teaching career. This is my 27th year. I have been at the high school for my entire time here. I have been married for 29 years and have two sons. My oldest son is 22 years old and my youngest is 19.
