Announcements: 07-21-08:  During the summer, English IVAP students should be reading Tess of the d'Urbervilles by Thomas Hardy and The Awakening by Kate Chopin.  We will begin analyzing these novels during the second week of school so make sure you are prepared.  Students also need to purchase a copy of Mythology by Edith Hamilton.  You do not need to read this book during the summer, but we will begin reading chapters during the third week of school.
